Working with Richard was amazing! This was the first time I bought a home, so there were many things about the process that were completely foreign to me. Fortunately, I could count on Richard to take the time to explain in detail all of the minutiae involved in this process. I cannot put into words how wonderful Rick was in selling my home. He was always prepared, and very knowledgeable about my area, and always professional. I had a 10-day sale. By the time that I moved, Rick had become a friend. He even helped me pack to move. He was totally full service. I was connected with Richard through Zillow when I asked a question about a property in Palm Springs and was happy he was the agent my question was directed to. Although that property didn't work out for us, we did finally find the perfect home in Palm Desert. Richard is very knowledgeable of all the areas in the Coachella Valley and helped us navigate these areas. He was patient and never pushy even when we took a break for a few months from shopping for a home. He is very professional but also fun. My husband and I both enjoyed the time we spent together with him. We would definitely use his services in the future. 

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Richard Klas. He's superb--knowledgeable, caring, always available, and someone who puts his clients' needs first. We first met Richard while on vacation in Palm Springs. To get a feel for the market, we went to a few open houses, including one being hosted by Richard. After we told him how much we liked the condo, he said that he felt we could find one better suited to our needs. He discouraged us from buying it, explained the market in Palm Springs, answered all our questions in detail. But he didn't solicit our business. In fact, he didn't push his card on us--we had to ask for it. That's when we knew he was a realtor to be trusted. Half a year later, we decided to return to Palm Springs for 10 days and look in earnest for a condo. We contacted Richard in advance and asked if he'd be our realtor to help us search. He was happy to do so (he remembered us after half a year) and set up an appointment. He listened to us discuss our needs, asked questions, explained general availability in our price range, and then asked us to give him a day or so to scope out what was available. Two days later, he was showing us all around town in a variety of communities. He listened to what we did and didn't like about the various condos we were seeing, and then showed us a couple that were EXACTLY what we were looking for, and well BELOW the upper end of our price range. Throughout the purchase process, Richard held our hands, acted as a go-between with the seller''s realtor and escrow company, answered dozens of questions. We felt completely secure in the process thanks to Richard. We adore the condo Richard helped us buy. It's nicer than anything we were expecting to find. We've both purchased and sold a variety of properties over the years, but never have we worked with as wonderful a realtor as Richard Klas. He's the best!

Richard was amazing in all aspects of the deal by spending lots of time helping me prepare for the listing since I don't reside in Palm Springs. He always kept me informed the whole way through the transaction of everything that was transpiring and gave me great advice all the way to the end. I have bought and sold many houses to flip and as personal residences and he was by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Of course, I would definitely recommend him to all. 

Mr. Klas was the ultimate professional in helping us find our dream golf course home. Richard was extremely patient and managed to schedule and show over 30 properties in a span of 2 years. At times we wouldn’t contact him for months on end but picked up where we left off whenever we saw a property of interest. We had some last-minute issues at the tail end of our escrow but it was no fault of his, but he was able to keep us calm and make sure everything was back on track in order to close. Richard was easy to contact and he returned calls immediately. I’m confident in recommending his services to anyone looking for their dream home.
